It seems you've redrawn too much money for my trip from Lyon to Copenhagen. What do I do?

Hi.
I travelled by train from Lyon to Copenhagen on April 21. at 18:04 in the evening under the reference number TAWDFR and the name LARSEN. The journey was suppossed to have cost 297 euros. I've just checked my bank account and it seems you might have redrawn the amount twice, both when I booked the journey and when I bought it, which means that I've paid way too much. The numbers are a bit confusing but if I can get your an email address I can send you screenshots of the actual numbers. I have no idea what went wrong but Im determined to get my money back as the journey was already very expensive in the first place.
