Refund for 10 hours delayed train.

Hello, I travelled from Lyon Part Dieu to Brussels Midi on March 5 in the train number 9860 of TGV. My train was delayed 10 hours.. we arived to Brussels at 11 pm and we had to get there at 2:23 pm. In the train I received an envelope where I should place my billet and send it so I could receive the refund of the ticket and extra tickets for free for the delayed trip. I send them the week of 5 of March and still I don't have any response from SNCF. I am waiting for the refund and tickets I should get. I have the photocopie of the train billets and the letter I sent and I am waiting for an answer from SNCF.

Hi Carolina,

It can take 2 or 3 months before getting the refund of your tickets. So if you didn't get it yet don't worry. Anyway, if you don't get anything before the beginning of June, call +339-80-98-36-35
In english this number is surely more appropriate : + 33 892 35 35 35
