Refund important

Hello, I bought two train tickets in July from Marseille to Antibes. You were supposed to send them to me by ordinary mail , however I never received these tickets. When I spoke to you at Marseille office you told me, I had to buy other two tickets more, but you give me back the money, the only thing I had to do is to send these tickets back to an address (Services relations clientes, Marseille Cedex 03) and I would get my refund, but that's never happened. Could you tell me when you are going to give my money back? I sent all the evidences,everything is how you told me in France, but I don't know what happens.
