Please initiate my Refund

hello,
i am a student in grenoble INP and before my arrival in france i had booked a ticket from GENEVA to GRENOBLE but i had not recieved my ticket by post and as per the rules i was not able to travel without ticket.
I had cancelled my ticket 10 daysbefore my arrival and now the Customer desk is asking for the ticket for refund approvel but i had not recieved any ticket.
so please initiate my refund procedure and i am very worried about it iand i do not get so much time to contact again and again because i have not got the reply of last few mails.
Its a request please refund my money,
My ticket reference is: RTKNDD
