Error with SNCF app caused double charge

Hello, I dowloaded the SNCF app to purchase a ticket from Cannes La Bocca and as I went through the purchasing process, the app gave an error. I tried multiple times as did the hotel manager and we were never able to purchase the ticket. So we went to the ticket office at Cannes La Bocca and purchased a ticket at the window. When I returned from holiday, I noticed on my credit card bill that I was charged from the ticket purchase from the app anyway, therefore, charged twice for the ticket from Cannes La Bocca to Monaco. How can I receive a refund for the 40.40 euro charge from 17 Jun 2017? Thank you for the help.
