Payement charged several times

Hello! Yesterday me and My friend where going to take a train from Bordeaux to arcachan at lunchtime. However, the ticketmachine Said that payement was accepted but no tickets came out. We showed the receipt to an employed at the sncf infodesk and she Said that no money had been taken from our card and to just try another machine as this must have been broken.

We then try another machine- the same thing happens and we Go back to the same employed and she says the same thing again. We try several other machines until we succeed.

Today when we looked at our creditcardbills ALL of our attempt have resulted in a purchase (even though we didn't get Any tickets and your enployed assured us that no Money was taken). So we have in total payed for 4 tickets (for 2 people) that we didn't get and didn't use.

Since we where assured that it was just a problem with the machines we didn't save all the receipts but we have information from our banks. Ofcourse we wish to be refunded since this wasn't our fault. I Hope you can Help us with this,
