Return the original order. Paid twice for the same ticket.

Dear SNCF office,
Hello!
I'm a student studying in Milan. I've purchased tickets online at the 6th of June in voyages-sncf.com. It should be from Avingon centro to Marseille provence Airport tickets at the 29th of June. The order reference is QRBDMV. The way to get the tickets was to sent them to my house by post. But before i arrived Marseille provence airport at 27th of June, i was not receive any tickets. So i went to the local SNCF office in the Avignon centro, and they told me i had to buy the tickets again because they cant print the tickets which was sent. And they couldn't help me despite i having the same credit card which i payed and the confirmation e-mail. So I had to buy the tickets again that has the same number train and same time to go airport. And the new order reference is USBJNM.
Finally i paid twice for the same thing.
So I want to know how to deal with this problem now? How can i return the old order which still not-yet-delivered old tickets now?
Please help me now. It's my first time to meet this situation, and i really don't know how can i do. Hope your reply.
