The SNCF application "erreur" after entering credit card information... double purchase

I tried to purchase a one-way ticket on the SNCF app (not the voyages one) last night and at the very end after I entered credit card information, an error message displayed. The app then froze and crashed. I assumed my ticket had not been bought, and I purchased a ticket at the station this morning. When I boarded the train I saw an email with a confirmation of the ticket I had tried to purchase last night. So, I accidentally bought two tickets. Can I please be refunded for the one purchased by accident?
