How long does it take to respond to a reclamation about a refund?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to a complain about a problem with my train trip on 29th October (ref. QXWEQQ). I sent you the reclamation envelope attaching a letter explaining the problem, I also sent you several mails to "contacts-direct@serviceclient-sncf.fr", "Voyages-sncf.com" and "vscmobile@service-client.voyages-sncf.com", and I also called you on 00 33 892 35 35 35, having no answer for non of them. I am waiting more than 3 weeks.
I am very disappointed with the customer service, as I have always like the quality of your service.
I would like you to refund my train tickets and having an answer as soon as possible.

Did you get yours refunded? I requested my claim but I was wondering how long it would take them to respond to it...
