Received no "Référence Dossier Voyage" but credit card charged

I tried to purchase tickets on the voyages-sncf.com web site. The web site showed an error message, and I received no confirmation or reference number. But my credit card was charged by the merchant "SNCF TGV.COM 77 MI MITRY M". Later I successfully purchased the tickets, and so I want to cancel this transaction. The credit card company tells me that the merchant (SNCF) needs to cancel the transaction and send the cancellation invoice to my credit card company. I have the credit card transaction number, so what email address or form can I use to send this request privately to SNCF? The online reimbursement request form at http://www.sncf.com/en/services/customer-service/claim-form requires a "Référence Dossier Voyage", but I never received one, so I cannot use the form.

Thank you for the response.
Since I did not receive any tickets or a "Référence Dossier Voyage", the link you provided seems to require that I print out this form (http://aide.voyages-sncf.com/sites/default/files/imce/fic...) and mail it to France by post. This is very slow and unreliable. How can I send the request electronically?

You expect me to print out and fill in 2 pages of forms, put them in an envelope, go to a post office, mail them to France, and hope for a response someday? YOUR web site committed an error, charging my credit card 262.00 euros and not providing tickets or even a reference number. This is YOUR responsibility. How can you justify making me go to so much trouble, to request that you correct your error and return the money you took from me? This is criminal. Please inform me of a faster and more secure way to submit the request.

Eventually SNCF cancelled the credit card charge. But they never responded to me, so I only learned about the cancellation by checking my credit card statement.

it was definitely less than a month. If your credit card company included that charge in your actual billing statement, you should ask the credit card company to get the charge refunded.
