I´ve done an operation twice annd need to cancel both

How can I know what had happened with a purchase ihave done twice, because you web told me "the opration is not available now, try later", when I had already payed and the process was practically finished? My Ban had already received and confirmed the pay order and I have no information about my purchase.

You need to make a claim on the Sncf website if you would like to have a refund :

You can translate the website in english for more help, at the top right of the site. Then go to Customer relations / our commitments / After sales service / Claims / via internet / TGV Intercites : click here / at the bottom of the page you fill your name and reference dossier voyage.
