Refunding of my payment for card Jeune

I booked a JEUNE card online yesterday, but unfortunately I forgot my pin code of the VISA Card I used to pay online, so I could't pick it up... Then I asked the staff in Grenoble SNCF for help, she ordered a new JEUNE card for me and I payed for the new card again. And she told me she sent an email and I can get the refunding of the former card I ordered online. In this case, what should I do now?

You need to make a claim on the Sncf website.

You can translate the website in english for more help, at the top right of the site. Then go to Customer relations / our commitments / After sales service / Claims / via internet / TGV Intercites : click here / at the bottom of the page you fill your name and reference dossier voyage.
