Not received the refund even after 3 months

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have cancelled the ticket with Reference number :UYYGVB on 23rd April 2016 online. I have returned the hard copy of the ticket at Annemasse station on 06th June 2016.I have not received the refund of the cancellation till now and I called your customer care executives in June and understood there was a delay in processing the refund due to the employees strike. but it is almost more than three months now and I have not received the refund.The refund amount was Euro:91.70.
Please can you update me on this regard.

You have made your booking through the swiss site of voyages-sncf.com.
You need to ask them directly.
On Voyages-sncf.com site, you choose the swiss flag. That will direct you to the right adress. Then you choose "aide", then contact and you write your claim as you did it on our web site.
