115 days stoll no refund...

I have a request. I have a lot of trouble to get a refund, I have contacted several time customer services. But still not resolved. Now its 115 days since I have requested the refund regarding the ticket reference SNARHV (16th May 09h25). I waited patiently more than 90 as suggested by customer service people to get a refund for the regarding the complaint (Ref59168> Acknowledged receipt 05/16/2016, Ref61212, Ref59555), I have not received any refund so far. Today when I contacted again they are telling they don’t know when will refund happen. Can you tell me the how many more days I have to wait for this refund?

In order to help you, I would need some further informations.

The references you give are not complete if it is for a SNCF train. We need a 7 numbers reference insted of the Ref59168 / Ref61212, Ref59555...
Furthermore, I cannot find any claim under your name or under the ticket reference SNARHV.

Which adress did you use and which customer service number did you call?
