Delay on Perpignan, had to leave the train to arrive on time...

Hi,

Unfortunately, my trip from Barcelona Sants to Narbonne was delayed by more than 1,5 hour on Perpignan station yesterday. The TGV should have departed at 14:48 from Perpignan, but at 15:20 the TGV was still on the platform without ANY information from TGV employess. Because we had to attend a event at 18:00, we had a taxi (VERY EXPENSIVE!!!). We did not complete our trip to Narbonne, and we had to make extra costs to complete our trip to Narbonne. Can you please refund our TGV ticket, as the 2 hours TGV trip took more than 5 hours in total.
