Address change

Hi,

I am writing from Geneva - I have bought a train ticket online with a post delivery. Unfortunately, the address does not seem to be correct on the receipt page. the correct address is:

2 chemin de taverney
Grand sacconex
Geneve
1218

I would like to change it as soon as possible as I need the ticket by friday!

Please advise - my reservation codes are: TNCQCJ & TOYLAU.

I have tried to get in touch at your customer relations hotline but there is no way to call from an international number - Please let me know!

Hello Mustafa,

As Philippe Sterlingot said, your tickets have already been sent to the adress you gave when you bought the tickets online, so it is too late to make any change.

You have called our services on the 1st of august. They gave you the same answer plus the customer service relationship adress.

If you do not receive your tickets, you will have to buy new tickets in Lyon Part Dieu station as your journey is from Lyon to Geneva.
Think to arrive a little in advance as Lyon is a busy station, specially the sunday 7th of august. You can buy your ticket at the ticket office or on the automatic machines.

You will then have to make a claim with all the informations you have. That means your new train tickets and the reference of the tickets you never received.
