Refund for unused online reservation...

To whom it may concern:
My wife booked a group ticket online using her old credit card. During the time it was booked her credit card was not expired yet. But at the time her credit card bank already replaced her a new card and expired the old card used for booking. At the time she planned to collect the ticket at the train station, the train ticket releasing personnel did not honor her old credit card as well as her new credit card and she was asked to buy new set of tickets. The said personnel advised her to go online to get a refund. However the online is not user friendly such that there is no direct interface how to claim refund. Please help us how to claim refund for my wife's unused reservation. Thanks!
