Email address to refund claim?


On 28th of June I booked a Eurostar ticket from Marseille to London St Pancras on Friday 1st of July.
Unfortunately in Marsille my wallet with tickets was stolen.
In a ticket office at the Saint-Charles train station I was informed, I have to pay one more time for the same reservation, but I can send a refund claim to SNCF, because it is “a common situation”.
My question is: where should I send this refund claim/what email address?

P.S. Please do not show me:


I don't understand why, after a contact with Eurostar customer office, you don't have got their email address.

Hi Michael,
What doest it mean: "Your claim is to be Transmitted to Eurostar."
I did not send any claim yet, because I do not know any email address or website, where I can do this.
Why stolen ticket is not refundable if I had reserved particular seat and during phone conversations with Eurostar office I was informed that in this kind of situation ticket is reprinted by Eurostar office without any problems.
(Unfortunately in Marseille there is no Eurostar ticket office and I had to pay second time for the seat in the SNCF ticket office)
