Can't make a refund online

How to make a refund?

My train from NIMES to ARLES got cancelled due to strike on 11 June 2016. I contacted a counter at Nimes train station, she cancelled my ticket and told me to make a claim via the website. I tried to make an online claim but the system didn't find my detail. What should I do next?
I live in UK and it's inconvenient to me to send a ticket to France.

Hello Laksika,

How did you get your ticket? In a train station or via internet?
The claim on internet requires the 6 letters reference of your ticket plus the name used for the booking.
If you can't provide those details, you have to send your documents as explained by Michael P.

To send the original ticket is compulsory to be refunded.
