Tickets with incorrect departure time.

Dear SNCF

I am very disappointed and want to make a formal complain about my return journey on 8 May from Agde to Beziers, Beziers to Barcelona. The train ticket Agde to Beziers has the departure time incorrect, it says 16.29h but the train departed from Agde at 16.11h ( I arrived at Agde at 16.15h) and the next train Agde to Beziers was 17.20h being too late to catch the connexion train from Beziers to Barcelona. The departure train Beziers to Barcelona was at 17.16.

I would like to receive a full refund and a compensation for all the stress this has caused me.

Also, I would like to know why I was not notified of this error in advance? and what is SNCF going to do to avoid this happening again to other passengers/customers.

You need to make your claim on that adress :

http://www.sncf.com/fr/services/service-client/formulaire...

You will have to give your ticket reference and your full bank details for a refund if you are entitled to it.
