Ticket machine response

Hello Marjolaine,

In your answer, you advise that I must claim on a website: http://www.sncf.com/fr/services/service-client/formulaire.... It is impossible because I haven't any tickets from transaction in Beziers (I explain it in my claim). Ticket machine doesn't print a ticket and I'm sure that I cancelled a transaction. In sncf form I'm oblige to write a reference numer. I haven't it. Help me please.

Hello Antoni,

If I understand, you tried to buy tickets in Béziers on the machine but nothing was issued and you thought you cancelled the full operation but you have been charged of it.

In that case you can write to our customer relationship service explaining what happened. You need to join a copy of your bank statement to proove you have been charged plus your bank details for a refund : IBAN plus BIC or your credit card number (the refund is quicker that way).
