New tickets purchased, how do I receive a refund for a ticket?

Hello,

I purchased tickets aller-retour from Montpellier to Bordeaux, and somehow purchased both tickets for saturday instead of friday and Sunday. This purchase was reference number SVEYCY.
The tickets were non-refundable, but I called and was told that I'd receive a refund if I purchased new tickets and sent in a request. I purchased new tickets under the reference QSXAHK.

Please let me know as soon as possible how I will receive my refund, thank you!
