Tickets NOT issued

Hi, On 18th January 2016 I tried to buy 3 train tickets (Paris to Amsterdam) via your partner Thalys International ( When trying to complete the purchase, a message appeared saying that it has been canceled due to technical problems; once again I tried to buy the tickets and the same message showed up. I did NOT get the tickets (neither a booking reference number), all I got was two emails saying that the purchases have been canceled, although, checking my bank statement, I figured out that I have been taxed for the amount of 177.00 euros, the exactly value of the 3 tickets. I got in contact with Thalys Costumer Service and they forward me to After consulting them, they advised me to get in contact with SNCF France. After keeping in contact with Mrs. Hannah Body from, sending her my bank statement and the emails I've received from Thalys, she realised that the case is not up to her department and then sent me to you.
I've been trying to get a solution for almost 1 month and nobody is able to solve my issue, it is really frustrating!
I really hope to get a solution as it is the forth company I am getting in contact with.
I am on your disposal to provide further information.
